This hat has a robo-effect, and is now residing in a collector's bp, therefore I can price this hat with one sale. The only other recent sale (~April 28) I could find was a trade for a sulph. nano for a blizz whirly warrior, which is unpriced...
that's all folks.
need 2 or more sales on "new" effects
By "new" they mean Summer effects, like Terror-Watt, Aces High, Disco Beat Down etc.
1) you only need 2 sales for summers.
2) the only one on the market is in the hands of a nano collector who clearly is not selling his.

Exception 2: Rare Hats
Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
- The effect is not a summer 2013 effect. (robo, 2013 halloween effects can be used as they are often rarely traded and rarely unboxed)
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.
No, I don't need 2 sales for this hat as it is a robo-effect unusual, there has been only 1 valid sale in the past 3 months, and it is now owned by a collector. Please read the rules.
