Not as resilient a price as I'd like to see on a DP Scout unusual but I suppose it's not too horrible a drop.

sorry but thats nonsence.,

i think that hat is 1 bud firm since for ever i have bought it and sell it for 1 bud multiple times in the past as the glove is my favorite pyro hat.

18 keys is its price.16 if you can provew that it was offered to that scout hat so might be an overpay.

if you cant prove which hat was offered to witch hat pls dont calculate overpay.and when you do say so to your notes.

The glove is 16 keys after overpay. The rant really wasn't necessary.

As outlined in the unusual suggestions guidelines here when it's not clear who offered then overpay is to be applied. Im not completely sure if you can just ignore the specialization, however, The Strange Frying Pan is 8 Keys not 7

8 * 0.9 = 7.2 = ~7

Whether or not I count it as higher because of specialization is irrelevant since the DP BR was being sold for 20 keys and it's ~21 keys after overpay and no specialization
