Sold for a p. fetti crown. I confirmed this with =[pG]=™ Nobody ( http://imgur.com/LKMXiRp ), it seems the person he traded it with never scanned their bp while the hat was in there

The crown is 1.25 buds * 0.9 = 1.1 buds (rounding)

This is an undesirable robo-hat with a low tier second gen effect, in need of a drop (not as much as was expecting to be honest- I personally wouldn't trade a strange festive sniper rifle for this hat, but sales are sales). I would normally make the range here 1.1 – 1.2, but in light of the B/O of 1 which has been up for quite some time, I think a more accurate range is 1 – 1.2
