How do you know that 26 keys can't be the outlier?

basing off prices of scorching and PE for Rifle, and looking at nuts on lower tier hats, 13 keys gets you a nuts geisha... 26 seems the more reliable price

Sales >3 months old are just too old to use.

Still, the sale a week ago at ~1.3 pure suggests that the range is close.
