The YER is 8 ref (pretty much 1 key)

The L’Etranger is a little more difficult to price, the base collectors is 4 keys and the pro kit adds about 3 keys in value (based on steam community market sales around $6-$7)

That’s 8 keys, partially in killstreak items, which are iffy at best for pricing unusuals. Because of that, I’m not going to include this sale in my price range, it’s just here for reference.

This is one of the lowest tier engi. hats (and I say that having owned two of them) with a low tier second gen. effect. People also don’t tend to hold onto it for very long (one of them had three different owners in one day) making it difficult to identify sales from backpack histories. However, given the two sales at 10 and the two B/O’s at 10, I think 10 keys flat is a reasonable price.
