Burning Attendant as 13 buds. Probably need a mini suggestion to justify that since it is outdated.. And i think the second sale is too old to be used to update this hat. I think its best to try to price the power surge crone.

Edit: It seems that a duped circling TF Logo Stash is also added with this unusual + 4 keys + Strange Festive Black Box with parts for the burning attendant

Edit: can't be above b/o and 12 is close enough to 12.5 - if someone got major issues with 12 > 12.5 I can resuggest. :P

Gib added about half a bud of sweets to the muffs and head warmer (not that that changes a lot), and the power surge doesn't actually have a proper suggestion, so correct me if I'm wrong, but you cant exactly use that as valid proof. Also, you guys have the freedom of whether to believe me about this or not, but I was involved in plenty of trades that valued the crone's at ~25-30, so there's that.

Attendant may have a range of ~10-13 or so. But it's hard to use that as proof here when you really have no other support. I suspect the value here is closer to 10, anyways. Need something more substantial, particularly for the attendant.
