Last sale was Deep Cover + Wrapped Summer Shades (5-6 keys) + 46 keys FOR a Strange Blizz Veil (~4), Beams Menco (12), and a normal El Muchacho. I went to him with the menco and veil.
The shades and keys (valued together at 51-52 keys) at that time add up to ~2.75 buds (51 / 16 = ~2.75), so the (Veil and Menco) - (Keys and Shades) = 16 buds - 2.75 buds = 13.25 buds on the Operator.

Selling eventually, but I presume your asking because of the collector rule for pricing? If so, the rules state
According to the rules "Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
- The effect is not a summer 2013 effect. (robo, 2013 halloween effects can be used as they are often rarely traded and rarely unboxed)
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred."
And its been more than a month. Also no other sales in 3 months since as far as I can tell, burrito (the previous owner) was the unboxer. Not 100% sure since I didnt ask him when I got it, but the histories seem to say that.
Alright, yeah that's what I was curious on. Proof looks good, upvote from me.
Blizzardy Storm Veil is outdated. Need a mini suggestion for that. And also, since you offered it on the deep cover, you need to account for overpay.
