I bought one alongside a Green Fetti Merryweather (~1.1) for a Smoking Brown Bomber (~2) and 5 keys putting the Cowl at at ~1.2

Then sold mine for a Steaming Batters (~0.9) and a Buck Turners All Stars = ~1 bud slight loss but I just didn't read the Batters market well enough at the time so ah well. The Batters was offered to me and I'm too lazy to get two more screenshots proving the effects, the hats are in my backpack/outpost history if you're really curious.

Given my sales and the sellers d0 pointed out I'm inclined to agree that your high end is based on outliers.

What we have so far for solds is 1, 1.2, 1.2, 1.2, 23 keys (1.2?), 1.5, 1.5, 1.6, 2.3 (not counting the gatsby, outdated)

If it wasn't for the low B/Os I'd be fine with this range.
