Most of y'all wanted solds, which I didn't think about. Well, I did, I didn't know how to look for them

=First Price listing, wish me luck!=

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20587759 - B/O 32 keys (Offers at 28.83 keys-29 keys in items)

http://backpack.tf/classifieds/?item=+toe&quality=5&particle=9&class=pyro - 33 keys

And I really don't know if it counts because there is no actual evidence of it other than the traders approval, as the offer wasn't listed and the actual trade went down privately EDIT: however I did manage to get a screenshot from the owner of a canceled trade offer:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21085301 - Orbiting Planets Noble Amassment of Hats (1.5-2 buds (32 keys) + Pro ks. Liberty launcher (3-5 keys on tf2outpost)

EDIT: Also evidence for Steaming yellow belt (1.7 On the outpost, 2.0 buds on TF2Outpost) posted in the post as listed above

Any other found evidence is more than welcome!

Just because a trade is closed it doesn't mean they sold it for the buyout. You need some kind of proof for what they sold for.

" http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20555353 - Completed 25 Keys "

Just by looking in the comments you can see it probably didn't sell for 25 keys. And if you look at the histories of the unusual sold and offered, you can see that they were indeed traded.

I'll try getting evidence of before/after backpack links

Yup, I definitely did not sell my toe for 25 keys, I wish I could have. I eventually sold mine for a hearts handle (which I valued at 1.4) and a key, with the key accounting for the unusual overpay I was requesting.

I had a really hard time trying to sell this at 1.4..

:( As you can see from the evidence showing current offers, I'm coming up to a conclusion that you were just.. unlucky :((((

I owned one of these for a long time, and I couldn't sell it for 25 keys to save my life. That was when buds were 17 keys or so, so I had a very difficult time and couldn't sell it for 1.4 - 1.5 buds pure. The price of this (in keys) will continue to rise as the value of buds rise, but 1.5 - 2 buds is way too high in my opinion. Pearly, I'm in the same boat as you. I eventually sold mine for a hearts handle (which I valued at 1.4) and a key, with the key accounting for the unusual overpay I was requesting.

Your link with the "34 keys + (Personal Negotiation for more keys)" occurred 2 months ago, and I can almost guarantee that buds were of a different value back then. Heck, I bought my toe for around 37 keys, but at the time, bud were around 27 keys, so in essence I paid 1.4 buds.

As the value of buds rises, more and more keys will be needed to buy a certain unusual. Since buds are slightly on the rise again, it is natural that the amounts of keys offered on unusuals will increase. Current offers, best offers, and sales (in keys) are bound to go up, but that does not mean the value of this hat in buds is increasing.

How I imagine economy changes in TF2 is similar to the real economy changes (at least in my country). If the currency goes either up or down in price, the prices of items stay the same unless the currency changes extremely. The evidence which you chose to counteract my price was 2 months ago, and the chosen price for the hat that I chose to price (ge toe) was chosen 4 months ago, everyone was fine with TF2 currency changes then, everyone is fine with it now. Currency, both in TF2 and Real life change all the time, but that doesn't mean the prices of actual items change, that would take too long, that's why we adapt to the prices of the actual items, not the currency, unless the change is extreme. There are recent suggestions for the hat with the same offer pricings, 1.7, 1.5 buds etc and everyone was ok with it.

Also, you seem to write about selling the hat being difficult at the time, but from the shown evidence, it's fairly wanted. Maybe, much like Pearly Gates, you were just.. unlucky? :(((((

First of all, I have pretty much no idea what you were saying in your first paragraph. "If the currency goes either up or down in price, the prices of items stay the same unless the currency changes extremely". Since buds are the typical currency used in unusual trading, and since they are going up in price, your statement suggests that "the prices of items stay the same". So why are you suggesting a change?

Second of all, when I am selling an unusual, I frequently check the trades of others who are selling the same one, to see if they have gotten any offers that I like. And, for weeks on end, nobody did. I guess everyone on outpost must have been "unlucky", or maybe this hat just isn't worth 1.5 - 2 buds. Also, a hat can be "fairly wanted" for a low price.

I'm suggesting the price by following the evidence that I so far found. It people are asking/offering/buying it for more than the price on backpack.tf is, that means the price is outdated and needs changing, that's the point of price suggestions.

Last thing, I'm not saying the hat has to be expensive as shit. I made this suggestion to show that green energy toe appears to be priced more on the market than it is on backpack.tf

Secondly, if you seem to do personal research on past sales of that hat, how comes my evidence counteracts your argument? I've been doing the exact same thing you've been doing, but I managed to find links for 1.5, 1.7 etc buds, but you found it hard to sell for whatever you sold it for. Also, you said you bought your toe for you said 37 keys, correct? If you'd find evidence for that, that'd be a great reinforcement on my suggestion because this is what buds cost 2 months ago http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5369acee4cd7b870158b4ded making the price of the toe you bought 2 buds, a great addition to my evidence for the price suggestion. Thanks :3

Lastly, I'm not saying the hat, if fairly wanted, has to be extremely overpriced. All I'm saying is that the hat is priced more on the market than it is on backpack.tf, and following the prices that are going around on the market, I'm making a suggestion on a price that is outdated and needs changing

lol dude, I bought my hat way more than 2 months ago, and as I clearly said, buds were worth 27 keys at that time. I bought it for 1.4 buds, not 2. That reinforces the current price. Also, I sold it for a hearts handle and a key. That also reinforces the current price.

Your evidence is not very good. None of your links show sales of 2 buds, so why is that in the price range? You thought I sold my toe for 25 keys just because I closed the trade and that was my buyout. And, just because an unusual worth 1.7 buds is offered, that doesn't mean this hat is automatically worth 1.7 buds. Overpay is often expected when trading unusuals. This is already your 4th try at this price change man, just give up the chase.

But hey, if you prove me wrong, good on you

Your range is definitely too high. Your low end is higher than two b/os. One has been on the market for a month.
