Just going to say, keys easily go for 1.90 nowadays, (since steam summer sale's effect is still lasting), so the one that sold for $260 is more towards the value of 7.6ish (I don't care about lowering the price even though I own one as I don't plan on selling it)

So, perhaps it is worth even less than you are predicting currently

That analysis was based on what keys were at the time of the sale I believe. Either way 7-8 is fair and realistic imo
