if it helps, I counted this as 7 pure in a trade I recently made with Alaska for my Crones, I know its not proof, but with the proof he has, I see no reason why it is not 7

There are more sales for this than the marauder (three here vs two there). And even if the the marauder sells, in a tie, the lower value hat should always be used to price the higher one instead of the other way around. A range of 7-7.3 would be fine here.
