You haven't calculated overpay, downvote.
"Pug + mancers + brainiac + pith + fetti stove for my veil" - realistically this is extremely poor proof. I would hardly consider this any form of proof for the pugilist (more so proof for the veil imo). You also need to consider overpay for this and the price of the veil itself is not what I would consider "new".
Therefore really unless you can prove insta-sells at 1.5 (low end current price) I see no reason why the price should change. As your own proof (1 buds + clean black voodoo juju (13 keys) + key; http://i.imgur.com/zvaJkbQ.jpg) fits nicely into the current 1.5-2 buds range.
