I did my research too for your 3rd sale, appears that the Toe is a Leak one, very outdated, so can't be used as proof for your low-end (you have to make a mini for it)

Edit : only recent sale I found for the Toe [url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21154038[/url] Stormy Mongolian + Lime Weave + S. Boom Bringer ~ 13.5 keys after overpay, making your 3rd at 1.7 buds (matches more or less)
