now don't hate me for this but there are collectors paying up to 1 ref per magazine and avg. people paying 0.33 refined there are a few more on tf2 outpost but 1 ref for a magazine prob not a good price so this range is most appropriate for people selling and buying.

Really. Of all the things I've seen, this is the most stupid.

The old price was already .33.

Second, TWO SOURCES. You didn't even supply ample enough sources as to where you are getting your reasoning from.

Third, there are level collectors. The second link you posted in someone selling for what they CURRENTLY GO FOR.

Easy down vote. Think before you suggest.

    4 pages on op

    Very poof proof

Where does the range come from?

    Easy downvote. Read the rules

Looks like one of those sold for 1ref, but you have no proof for your high end.

Need a lot more proof =P

Proof for low end and high end?

        Sales?

        wat

          you need more proofs..

          downvote...

Not the worst I've seen so good job there.

But as stated by the others, Need more proof.

Not a valid proof but the trade speaks by itself, kinda http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18493036#latest

No proof at 0.55. Maybe 0.33-1.00 if you can get proof of 1.00.

Downvote. Way too little proof. Get more before you make a suggestion.

No proof, conflicting links, possesses one in backpack. Downvote

2proof4me, the range makes no sense whatsoever, and his thoughts are at the bottom.

                        High range is arbitrary.

Closing for insufficient evidence of high range
