Yeah, caught me off guard too. It actually prices it below the smoking version of this hat as well, which most people generally consider to be lower tier and less valuable than this effect on most hats.

Still, proof seems solid. Can't really see anything to prove it otherwise.

a lot of the current prices are outdated and too high, I know a friend sold planets for like 10 or something.

this is a pretty high effect , most hats with this affect is 1 bud or higher
