If there are several sales in the past few months, then you still need 2 sales.
Just tried to get in contact with the next most recent owner to see what he sold it for.

If you can't find 2 sales, then it's probably best to wait for more sales to happen. (In my opinion, 10 keys is looking a lot like an outlier)
I was thinking the same, however, the 1 of 1 Vivid Plasma Tin Topi sold for 12 keys and hasn't touched the market since ( http://backpack.tf/vote/id/53c601954dd7b8db178b4568 ), so 10 keys for a TF Logo may be reasonable. I'll see if I can add another previous seller to see what it was sold for since I can't decipher all these sellers' backpack histories to see what they sold it for, otherwise I'll close this.
The difference is that the topi hasn't had any recent sales besides that one, as opposed to this with plenty of recent sales to work with.
I found out that it was sold about a month ago for an Orb. Fire Rimmed Raincatcher, ~1 bud on bp.tf (updated 2 months ago), so should I just close this or resuggest with a different range/value?
The raincatcher is 16.5 keys after overpay, so a 10-16.5 key range might work.

Hmm, I feel like a 10-19 key range might be a little too large for an item of such low value. Perhaps a third sale to determine an outlier is needed here.
