That, and your own B/O on the hat is 1.2, no reason for 1.4 to be there if you'd sell instantly for lower ;)
how do i find the previous sales of it then?
Check histories of the hat and see previous trades and try to figure out what it sold for.
If you can't do that, then you can't provide proof for your suggestion.
It sold for a KaW Outdoorsman (which is 1.2 Buds after overpay) + 5 ref in items. Top range isn't getting supported here, so downvote.

It's after overpay, which is bp.tf price times 0.9
"which is 1.2 Buds after overpay". You haven't applied overpay to the Outdoorsman, so your range is not proven.
It's funny because he didn't read the rules to unusual suggesting before posting that.
