Pretty sure B/O=Buyout and not Best offer.
Always though it was best offer, well that makes thing even sweeter so they ask minimum 4 buds. There
they dont ask for "minimum" 4 buds. but if people pay pure. he will "automatically" sell it for that price. like 4 buds.. maybe less if he is in the mood (or just putted it higher than what he wanted)
