It's a weapon which can only be acquired by crafting, and: 1 scrap + 2 symbols = 1 scrap + 6 weapons = 1 scrap + 3 scrap = 4 scrap, so it's a fair price for it.
It doesn't work like that.
Sorry, it's my first suggestion here and I thought that an item which can be directly related with a certain amount of metal could be acceptably priced according to its cost.

I understand what you are saying, but the rules say you need a lot of links of people selling the AWPer hand at .44 ref. You also need links showing unsold AWPer hands while being sold at 1.66 ref. Read this for some help: http://backpack.tf/help/suggestions

If you are sure with your 'fair' pricing (0.44 refs) you would have said yes. It is, just as you said, craftable with 4 scraps. :)
Well, I crafted one when I was a new player to experiment with crafting. I deleted it right after because of being just a reskin and not being tradable.

you need to think about that there isnt a 100% chance of getting it while crafting there is a 12.5% chance so in therory you could try to craft it 100 times and still dont get it.

To sum up how this place works, it goes something like this:
Prices are based off offer/demand as per what you label it as, and creating a suggestion not including this will not be accepted by the admins, and you're going to receive a whole lot of Special High Intensity Training to improve your suggestion, which can conveniently be abbreviated as SHIT.

You may not like my suggestion, but that's no reason to say BOO to me.
This would be valid if there's no risk factor involved. The problem is that, even though with 2 tokens+scrap, you are not guaranteed an AWPer hand in return. You take a risk of making a craft weapon (which are all at most 1 scrap because they also drop when you play). There's also the demand factor, because people are willing to pay you for this item. If this item is bad, no one would want it, and even if it's the rarest thing in the game, with 0 demand it would be worthless. This is a popular item, and thus people are willing to pay for it even though it may be more than its recipe, because they are willing to pay for other people to take the crafting risk.
Every Strange and Unusual item would be 1 key+1 crate if the risk factor and demand factor is not counted in there.
Yes, I thought about it then after, but some people are too dumb to understand my extremely high sense of justice. I am too good to let something be overpriced, but then I understood.

Trade offers might be recommended, but you have some bad proof. With that logic, every unusual in the game would be worth 151.51 keys. Because all unusuals have a 0.66% chance of uncrating one, and 100 divided by 0.66 is 151.51515151515151515 and so on. And all unusuals do not have the same price. For instance, the Sunbeams Team Captain is worth 53-60 buds. Which is not 151 keys.

Yep, he/she might be 20-25 years old, but he/she looks like 40-50 years old. Conclusion: having a young age does not guarantee you a good face/body shape (A-Frame), in the same way that voting the AWP to be 0.44 ref will get you what you want.
