Looks alright to start, but you're going to need more sellers @ 3-3.33 to get this approved. A big price jump like this will need a lot of proof.

More unsolds wouldn't hurt either, it you can find them.

Just saying "I could go further by like 100 but....." isn't exactly proof. Go further!

Also, in general, suggestions that reference the classifieds post a link to the classifieds, because we're lazy.

High range is arbitrary, low range proof is minimal. Stronger proof is needed here.

Thank you for your suggestion though. Remember in the future that both ends of suggested range must be well proven to be acceptable, and it's usually a good idea to take a picture of the classifieds as they are always changing and there is no records of their activity otherwise.
