Because you can buy a vintage lugger and a cheap KS kit and use a achievement item as a ingredient to made it untradable.

i.e. it's worthless

If you were one of the few people who completely jumped the gun thinking it was a cheap "glitched" item and paid a lot, learn from your mistake to do a bit of research before hand.
