Why 2? Three recent prices at 2. Despite these being "quick-sells" there have now been a few of them. Please give opinions/counter-evidence if you object to this. So far I've only found one pure sale where the buyer paid more and that was the buyer who paid 2.5.

Why 2.4? Despite one person paying 2.5 there have been buy-out prices at 2.4 (the first having lasted a couple of weeks).
