Conclusion:

All the proof in the previous suggestion was off a bit and overall, incorrect. Spoke with Polar about this one, and we adjusted the range to match evidence that could be used.

Well, idk what to do. Two sales at like ~2, one at 6, and one at 7. Ugh... Range here intuitively feels about right and certainly better than 7.5-9.

Well, I asked Mr. Watch, who probably knows the value on nobles more than anyone, and he felt 7 was high, which is why we went with 4.5-6. Past sales on the dappers might be close to 3? (powersurge bucket + bills, some other unpriced hats...). So the sale is probably a solid 7. Hmm. I guess 6-7 might have to do for now even though it's probably high.
