I just bought mine 1:1 for a Stormy 13th Hour Tyrolean yesterday.

The 13th Hour Had a suggestion going for 9-10ish with a 92% upvote but got closed. Also, Polar, who closed it had some incorrect info regarding my trade for it. He said "http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19355268 - i don't know where you are getting this sale from, but this is the one that sold for the hallmark I listed above. His b/o was also 10 in pure.", which is only half true, as I paid the GBH Hallmark AND a Cauldron Bubbles Pickelhaube, which makes the offer substantially higher. So yeah, I 1:1'd for a 13th Hour Tyrolean with an est. value of ~8-9. I don't do many suggestions so I'm not quite sure what this means for this suggestion, but I thought I'd put my cards on the table.
