I told him specifically that if someone was to offer more than my previous offer (Which was a Max + 7 Keys) I would be willing to beat it if I had the right amount of pure. I had to beat the offer of the Circling hearts tree, which just had to be priced at 4 buds.

So I offered a Max + 20 keys which was over the hat in pure, but he decided he rather take 4 buds in pure so we ended up doing a Max + 17 keys.

the max is not pure.

Every promo is considerd as pure. HOUWAR, max, bud, bills, etc. Some people consider the big kill as pure as well.

The Max Head is a promotional item from the Sam and Max game.

It also included the Lugermorph and the Big kill.

The Luger and the Big Kill are a lot harder to sell than any other promo though because they have a must lower demand. That's why a lot of people don't accept it as pure.
