This suggestion was marked as bad evidence and closed
by neverclever.
There should always be enough evidence to back up the new proposed value.
However, it appears that the evidence is not strong enough, or cherry-picked
in a way that does not represent the actual market value of the item.
Therefore, this suggestion has been closed.
As others have pointed out, your screenshot doesn't show the effect, and you need two sales; this is to avoid pricing off outliers or quicksells.

Id like to sugguest this as 4.5, I've had it for a while it will refuse to sell any higher. Its a robo hat, with a robo effect, been offered 3 buds pure on numerous occasions, although the best offer i got was 4.5. Took it a while ago and heres the proof. I don't think this hat would sell for anymore. Its the first to be sugguest, its 1:2 and up to my knowledge mine was the only one in the market.
Maybe hard to sell, but im in no hurry, but you can still get more for it than the pure price ive payed.
Since ill probably keep it, i have no problem if that suggestion gets accepted, but imo its not even near to what that hat can be worth. Considering the 2 offers ive received so far it would be around 8 buds. Burning Virus Doctor ~8 buds and the last poisoned shadows hive minder owner claims to have an offer of 8 pure ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21348667 ).
don't you have to show the effect in the screen shot?
In this case you need two sales. This hat doesn't meet all the criteria needed to price it based on one sale.(The third one is not met)
Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
- The effect is not a summer 2013 effect. (robo, 2013 halloween effects can be used as they are often rarely traded and rarely unboxed)
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.

Should be 4.3, but close enough I guess
that was definetely bought as a qs by me. Ive got an offer of a burning virus doctor so far, which is clearly above the suggested price.
