Even if ~2 pure was added and if 4.5 and 5 are considered quicksells, that's still no more than 7.5 after overpay.

Antlers was probably 11.5-12ish at the time (may not be there any more). If you want to price the antlers, I would ignore the beak sale and make the range based on the pullover sale and high end from the sale at 11.5.

So sales here at <5, 7.5, 7.5, 10, 11.5, 11.5

Well, given offers consistently higher than 7.5, I'm inclined to believe that those 3 sales are outliers. Doubt this will sell for under 10 in a while.
