This is not an easy suggestion, so bear with me.

(1) The main issue here is that it's not fair to take the anger's price now (or 21 days ago which is when you mini-suggestion sale occurred). You need to consider its value at the time of the sale.

(2) The other, more minor issue here, is that overpay shouldn't be stacked as it has been here. The point of overpay is to determine a hats value in pure. By applying overpay the first time, you are saying the anger can get 5 in pure. Just as you wouldn't apply overpay on a sale of 5 pure, you shouldn't apply overpay on that. That sale would have been 5 if it was accurate.

I think maybe 5-7? It's hard to say. One recently declined a blizz gibus + 6 keys which would be 6+. I'm just concerned that 5 might be low.
