Since this unusual became a misc with a first generation effect everybody has increased the price they are selling it for.

You currently only have 1 sale - to price an unusual as common as this your will need two sales. You cant use offers. - try look for a second sale :)

Well, when checking the histories of other hats on the market, few sales the last 3 months excepting this one :

Your point is valid but this occurred before the hype and confirmation of it becoming a misc :)

Edit : on July the 8th, the trade was created on the 9th and the sale happened on the 11th.

From what i see in your screenshot, you sold it for Circling TF Logo Capo's Capper + 1 bud + 58 keys(58/18.5 = ~3.1 buds). So in fact, this sale would value out to be (1*0.9 = 0.9 bud) + 1 bud + 3.1 buds = 5 buds.

I did and your screenshots are only showing those things. Where did you even get 5 buds pure when the trade involves keys instead of the buds. Did you even look at those screenshots yourself?

Yes I did when I say 5 bud, backpack tf policies say I can say that even if it is in keys as long as its correct amount of buds which it is when the bud's were at 16-17 keys (which was their price at time of sale) :)

As mentioned in the previous suggestion by another user, that 5.5 buds sale is basically a quicksale. It sold in an hour http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21084997 (check the time stamps), meaning only 2 bumps on outpost. You should probably wait for another sale rather that basing the price off a quicksale.
