Sale #4: Duped Burning Bonk boy and the team cpt got both mini suggestions on other suggestions iirc, might look it up.
Sale #1 I don't see him changing his b/o to 45. It is still 60 buds on the trade. It doesn't show on the buyer's backpack but it does on the seller's. Just put it in for completeness sake.
Sale #3: It is priced but Professional Killstreak isn't.
Sale #4: Duped Burning Bonk Boy + Team Captain. Yes they can be mini suggested but that will be inaccurate.
Why mini suggest when there is a pure sale? And also, from rough calculations based on duped not going to be priced more than the clean ones, sale #3 and sale #4 will probably end up being less than 45 buds after taking into account overpay.

Sale #3: Oh didn't know about that. It seems that it is priced based on prof ks. (72.5 * 0.9 = ~65 buds).
If duped burning Bonk Boy is valued less than 20 buds, that sale will be more than 45. If duped Burning Bonk Bonk is valued more than 20 buds, that sale will be less than 45.

If we take this, it will make this hat worth about 41 buds. Most probably worth more than 24 buds, which may make this sale even lower. I think its safe to conclude that 45 buds is not an outlier?

Crazy to think that a year ago this hat was 100 buds...
Sale #4 is wrong. I sold the gifted cloudy moon team captain + poisoned shadow waxy + lantern menco for the anti ke + burn bonk :P
I know there are 7 of them but this may be one of the best hats in TF2. Sad to see crones and viewfinders priced higher. KE hands down is the best all class in the game. Now enough of my opinion.
If it sold for 45 PURE in 12 hours not even sure why we are even moving this. The range is ok as is.

Has been around there for a long time.
Pan was offered, so that sale turns out to be around ~45 as well.
I know a lot of people feel this is low. But these are the sales. On the high tiers, we simply report the sales as is. If it sells for more in the future with a clear indication that these are outliers, it can get a new suggestion.
