I hate pricing hats off new effects alone because overpay expectations are usually a lot more than 10%. Accepting because the ranges you picked for them are based on newer suggestions and probably not their value at the time. You have probably factored that additional overpay in your suggested range. Also multiple 4 pure offers and unusual offers peaking around ~4.5. So probably not totally unreasonable.
