Hmm.. I think it the range should be wider... (proof provided by a friend).
It was sold for an Aces El Jefe (1:1):

The jefe was offered on, so no overpay: http://puu.sh/aoiaG/e7526af667.jpg
The jefe is priced at ~4.2 buds.
Now the Jefe.
This Aces Jefe was sold for a Stormy Jefe (2.6) and 20 keys (1.1 at the time). 2.6 +1.1=3.7.

The Stormy Jefe was offered on the Aces (steam chat, best I can do is this: http://puu.sh/aoi44/551bc4e8ea.jpg ), so overpay is applied.
3.7*0.9= 3.3
My conclusion, is that the Aces Cosa was sold for a 4.2 bud hat, which was later sold for ~3.3, therefore I think the range should be a little wider.
Also, your low range price is based off a seller, while I don't know, but I think it has to be based off a sold.
I'm real sorry to say that, but the sale became outdated about 15 minutes ago. After 2 months, unusual sales aren't considered valid proof.
And I'm talking about the cosa for jefe's sale.
15 minutes? Damn haha nevermind then :D
On a side note, apart from the times, do you think the proof, or counter-proof in this context is good? I'm thinking about starting to attempt unusual pricing.
I know this isn't enough to price an item on it's own, but the general content and layout?
Yes it seems good. Best of luck if you start pricing unusuals!
