i think 1.66 would be better then 1.33 - 1.66 because there arent many sellers at 1.33

Again i agree with Mr.Giang, the proof isn't supportive enough and looking at them now, they have all sold for the asking price of 1.66 refine and you have more proof of them selling for 1.66 and few reasons showing 1.33. I suspect that the ones sold for 1.33 are most likely quick sells, or a way for them to get the pure faster.

Very week proof for low-end.

You don't need to prove that 1.66 should be in the range. It already is. Someone before you already proved that it should be in the range and there is no reason to prove it again.

You need to prove that it is possible to buy this for 1.33. The easiest way to do this is to find sellers at 1.33. A quick search on outpost ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/216762563 - use that phrase to look for in the notes searchbox - it's a lifesaver) - A quick search on outpost tells me that the few sellers going as low as 1.33 are very young posts, all less than 30 views.

The classifieds have no sellers below 1.44 at this time.

The first is a quicksale, and the second is an ordinary sale. You have failed to prove that 1.33 should be in the range, so I am morally obligated to downvote.

However, the classifieds suggest to me that you could pass a 1.44-1.66 or a 1.55-1.66. I don't believe that this should be 1.66 flat, but I have too much of a life to go and prove it.

Also, many of your 'unsolds' have sold, which helps to validate the current price.
