    just saying, 1.7 times .9 is 1.53, which should round to 1.5, making your range 1.5-1.6 .

      Well, I rounded here as I calculated it in Excel. 5 keys is not 0.25, it's (~0.27(7) +1.45)*0.9 = 1.555 which rounds to 1.6
