I'm kinda iffy on using that multi-hat trade to base your high end off of. There are a lot of high value and therefor fairly variable items involved in that trade.

well they are all updated and multi hat sales are common when it comes to updating/pricing more expensive unusuals(> 10 buds). On the other hand, multi hat trades (Complex sales) should not be used for less expensive unusuals( <10 buds)
