[Before and afters]
Can't find any other's that are on outpost, sooo I'll leave it at this.
[I should really get bp.tf premium]
Not enough sales. T^T. If I could've found more I would've.
where does 1.6 come from? also, can't use unpriced hats as proof - it's an invalid sale. therefore, you've only got 1 valid sale which is not enough
well there aren't anymore that were sold, and it says that rare hats can be priced with a single sale. I put the 1.6 buds because it's the mid-end price of the first unusual.
you should just put in the overpay value...
also, this hat doesn't fit into the exception - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21336517 is still up for sale
Yes it's the only one that's on sale, I looked at it's history to see the past owner's sales. ( All the rest are holding, so there's only one that will sell for a while. )
EDIT: Meaning that it fits into the exception :b
you don't get my point

Exception 2: Rare Hats
Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
- The effect is not a summer 2013 effect. (robo, 2013 halloween effects can be used as they are often rarely traded and rarely unboxed)
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.
o ok. lemme take this down.
