Conclusion: 3 refined doesn't seem possible to get, and 2.66 seems to be a common selling point, and therefore a small drop is warranted.

I don't see why you guys use Outpost as proof at all. You couldn't sell anything there for full price unless it was a high tier unusual. Outpost is just where people give discounts so maybe they can find someone out there to sell to them.

Never had luck there without discounting. Even after months.

Sometimes I have that same problem, but usually when I say "bp.tf price" and give it a few hours, after the 3 phishing account addings I usually get a legit one.

I sell my craft hats all the time on outpost. Outpost is meant to be a place where you make your own price. Then people on backpack.tf collect data from those trades on Outpost, and use them as proof. Of course, Bazaar is also used, but Bazaar isn't as big as Outpost.
