also, where does the range come from

where do 2.9 and 3.1 come from, if you say you got it for 3 buds, you need to put flat 3 buds. Also you need more research in here, downvote until you get more proof

someone should lower it to 1.8 seeing it sold for a 2 bud hat (2 minus 10% = 1.8). That's counter-manipulation for ya.
