12 keys isn't the same as 11-13? Also you need more than 1 sale

he's refreshing the price so it can be used as valid proof in other suggestions, and he doesnt need 2 sales

Having more than 1 sale would be recommended if you were setting the price, rather than updating it. As the hat is rare enough on the market, updating it at a flat price (with 1 sale) is by all means allowed.
