The second sale at 7 buds + 43 keys is actually worth 9.6. The first sale is 4 months old, and the headset doesn't actually have a price (one currently has a BO of 6 http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21450305 but at the time of sale, the price could have been different). I think it might be better to ignore that first sale.
