I never "bought" the AA. That guy offered me the AA. So you need to switch the seller/buyer thing. Also, I think you need more sales than just only one.

Any proof of it being offered? And there are no other sales within 2 months apart from yours.

It was in the servers. And as well did you have any proof that I was a "buyer"? The guy who offered the AA and I are the only witnesses.

I applied overpay because i wasn't sure. Since you have no proof of him offering it to you, I can't take your word for it as you could be just trying to avoid the overpay calculation.

Well it is a very old and inactive trade here. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18024462. He has the intention to sell it. Of all we know , you could be the one who offered him the hat on the server? How can we know for sure? Unless you can provide solid evidence that it was offered on your desert marauder, I'd say overpay should still be applied.
