          No, its not a misc. Rack is a misc and Mohawk became all class hat. I guess its an undocumented update then?

              It looks like it actually just made it so you can't equip certain miscs with it. If I'm reading correctly, the wiki says it takes up the Hat, Bead, and Head Skin slots. So if anything this is a negative update for it.
