Its because it is VERY rare to find on the market, hence why there have been no sales and no past suggestions.
There have been past sales. No one has been watching the market since most don't even know this item exists.

Vincent's? If so, that situation was a little different. There were two other sales at ~1 ref each, but they could not be used for one reason or another as valid proof for a price suggestion. They could however be used as proof that the proposed price was incorrect.
