It's look like one Rexic The King is crafting items. So maybe it's not glitch, maybe he just craft another one? Overall you have 2 sales for 2 ref. Still downvote, still inconclusive proof.

No one is insane enough to craft a 2-ref hat.

And I checked his backpack, he DID receive the metal from trading the hat away.

Remember, not every backpack is recognited by backpack.tf.

It's not 2 ref hat. It's 1.55-2 ref hat now and there are a lot sales for 1.66 ref. Also "No one is insane enough to craft a 2-ref hat." is kinda ridiculous. You might think that no one is insane enough to believe that The Force from StarWars is real, but there are people who believe in that. People every day are doing "insane" things. This guy also receive a lot of metal. Can you tell which refs he receive from this hat?

About the ref, do it yourself. It's not my problem as anyone with least suggesting-knowledge will know it's a valid sale anyway (the mod will check the proof to validate it). If you really want to care that much for only 1 piece of proof, ask the seller yourself.

Left alone that debatable sale which I know for sure that it's sold for 2 ref (the seller confirmed it, I asked him), the rest seems fair enough.
