No, that is never a valid reason to Downvote and is considered suggestion spam since it brings no usefulness to the suggestion. Its also almost as useless as claiming that owning a Spellbook Magazine since every got one for Halloween, and everyone got an untradable ToD Ticket in their Smissmas goody bag.
