Few selling, only 8 existing.

If it sold for more than the guy's B/O, then the sale is equated TO his B/O. That 26 key offer was also 3 months ago, and it sold two weeks ago... I'm not sure it actually sold for that.

You also need two sales to price a new unusual, and you need overpay to make the offer valid.

Not a bad start though :3
