6 month old price:
Yes I own one.
B/O
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21495259 - 17 keys (Gifted)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21504916 - No B/O (But was willing to take my 15 key offer before I bought another one)
Sales:
http://i.minus.com/io39828MZb2Jk.jpg - (Added S.sapper for 1 bud,17.5 keys).
Don't know if this is enough to prove that this range is still plausible. Also was going to buy another one for 15 keys pure but the guy deleted me. :/ Can't really prove that though. (Take my word) ;)
I think i got bud pure (in keys) for this one couple of months ago (when buds where ~17), maybe a flat price 17-18 ?
May you give me a link to that sale? from your trade history?
Sry mate it was 3-4 months ago, i had like hundreds of sales since than - and it is old, cant really be used as proof. I would just price it 17 flat...
uh, wut...
What is the problem?

Refreshing an out of date price... Instead of assuming you're right actually go do research and check
Can't use an offer for the low end of a range, whether the seller supposedly would have taken it or not. If these are the only sales to be had, I'd suggest resuggesting at 18 flat.
Where does 18 come from?
Your sole sale?
My sale was at 17.5 though,if you use the full price of the sapper.
So, that means both ends are unsupported.
17.5 rounds to 18.

Re-suggesting as another sale occurred just now.
