1) You need proof of solds (ie Sold for 3 pure, [link to backpack before / after], sold for 1.3 in unusuals, minus overpay (multiply unusual prices added together by .9), 3 - (1.3*.9)

2) Can't use B/O as price, other than to prove a range is too high if buyouts are higher than it, not in suggestion to make an actual range.

1 sale with no proof of what it sold for. At least 2 sales are need for a range and to price an unpriced hat with a newer effect.
