Recently a Circling Hearts Charmer's Chapeau was sold for a PE Charmer's Chapeau + a S.F. Knife with Specialized Killstreak and Strange Parts.

If a PE Charmer is 9.5, and a Strange Festive Knife (with s.parts and s.killstreak effect) is about 1 bud give or take, the value of the Circling Hearts Chapeau equals about 10.5, however, some people don't like items as sweets so 10 would be on the lower end of the spectrum.

Now, before you say "These trades are not confirmed, they are only trade requests", look back at the screenshots from earlier about the PE Chapeau and the SF Knife.
I'd say the value of the hat is 10-10.5, but the Price Submission page won't let me go higher than 9.03 buds. (Mods, maybe you guys can change the pricing manually to 10-10.5?)
The price for this hat is a bit out dated, and needs to be updated. Thank you for your consideration.
Honest to god question here though, would that make my estimation value for this hat less accurate though? (I'm not trying to be smug, sorry if it seems like that). The pricing and evidence is still there though regardless of my own personal backpack value no?

He is selling the hat for pure for 9 months ? And asking way below the suggested price by you.
Ps : You are saying "QS to get rid of it" but selling for 9 months is not rly a QS anymore.
True, but however, I said it would be considered an outlier, as if you look at his trade, he hasnt responded to anyone in more than 25 days. If I had to guess, hes just lazy and doesnt really care too much about selling it.
Oh and btw the PE Chapeau is duped , that should lower the price from ~9.5 to ~6.5 right ? If so the current price of the Hearts Chapeau is fair.
Well, there aren't that many PE Chapeaus anyways, so I think the PE charmer price is usually generally stable. I don't think a duped one would bring it down 3 buds either..
Well I know that Gifted unusuals have to alpy ~30% off the price , I don't know for sure about the duped ones still Clean =/= Duped.

you cant claim that half the people selling the hat are outliers, especially when one of them has beem in the market for 9 months. if i had to guess i dont think a pe charmers mini suggestion would find the 9.5 price updated

I tried putting it to 9.5-10.5 but unfortunately I could only put the price at 9 due to "my backpack being not expensive enough". And that link, is basically inactive for a month now.
You need proof for both ends of a 'range', so it should just be 9.5...
