Well time to give this a price I guess. The previous owner was asking for 10 buds, I was able to buy for a Demonflame Chef hat (6.3 avg) a TF logo Stout Shako (1.3) and a TF logo Private eye (1.4). This totals 9 buds. He even states that no overpay was required. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20844758 Proof in this trade

you need 2 sales
pro <3
Oops, Well this one sold for a Stormy Gibus when it was priced at 8-10 buds http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14453804
Way too old sale, sales can be max 2 months old
Ok, well as there is only 1 going on the market, not many sales happening, so in this trade when I offered, I asked how much he paid. He says 5 pure as a quicksale http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20844758 However as QS do not count as sufficient evidence, this was the closest sale that I could find http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14453804 and the rules do state that with rare items, this being 1 of 2, do the best that you can.
On the price suggestions page. On the bottom line of the gathering evidence paragraph. For rare items which need a fresh price, do your best to find what you can. http://backpack.tf/help/suggestions
1) You need 2 sales.
2) You forgot to apply overpay.
3) You own 1 -.-
i dont see any problem if he have 1 :/
Have you not read the first post that overpay was not required in his trade. I have provided 2 sales in accordance with the rules of suggesting a price. I am only trying to give it a price, not trying to boost it in anyway.
overpay is always required on bp.tf, even if the person says they dont want overpay on there trade.
Can you show me that in the rules?
Standardized overpay
All OFFERED hats and items should be taken at 90% of their original average price. For a guide on how to determine the original average price, please look here - http://forums.backpa...es-of-unusuals/
If unclear which hat was offered, DO calculate overpay.
Clean HOUWARs, Max heads (non-level 1), buds, keys, refined, and cash trades are exempt from overpay calculations.
10% overpay should be added to duped HOUWARs and level 1 max heads.
found on bp.tf forums under the unusual cheat sheet
So its not an actual rule from BP.TF? Just peoples opinion on a forum? and that link is broken
its a rule...
Your link is broken so you cant prove it to me? and if its a rule, surely it would be on this website?
Its part of the forums... and I hope you realise Polar is a moderator. The rules on unusual suggesting are just situated on the forums.

Ragnarok, overpay isn't judged by if the person said yes or no. It's still required in most trades (with the exceptions in the forum post I will send.

The link that was 'broken'? http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/4350-new-rule-use-original-suggested-values-of-unusuals/
